Education is an interconnected system.

When students or programs are struggling, the visible problem is rarely the full story. Often, something underneath the structure is no longer holding: access, pacing, instructional design, cognitive load, engagement, or the way information is being processed and delivered.

My consulting work focuses on identifying those breakdown points and rebuilding systems that support clearer thinking, stronger learning outcomes, and more accessible instruction.
